• All refurbished or used items are tested in our shop before being listed for sale.
• Many of our items are refurbished.  They have been examined, cleaned, tested, repaired if needed, and brought up to standard. 
• Computer and laptop hard drives have been formatted and restored to factory settings.
• Some computers and laptops may be "off lease".  Off lease applies to computers that were turned in at the end of their lease.  Many of these are practically brand new with few or no blemishes. 
• Warranty information is listed for each product. 
• Certain new products may have manufacturer warranty.
