How Remote Support Works
- You encounter a problem with your computer and you give our office a
call. You explain your computer problem to a technician who helps you
in diagnosing the problem. The technician feels that the problem can be
resolved by using Remote Support, and he instructs you on how to
connect to one of our support servers to begin the diagnosis and repair
process.
- It's that easy. All you have to do is click on the Remote Support
Connection icon at the bottom of this page. It runs a small executable
file that sends us your request for remote support. Your request allows
us to connect to your system and start the diagnosis and repair process.
- Through all this you will be able to talk to your technician live on the
phone and you can watch the repair process taking place on your
monitor.
- When the repair has been completed the technician will disconnect from
your computer, and the Remote Support software uninstalls itself from
your system automatically.
