Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to have my computer repaired?

Our rates are very reasonable for both our on-site and in-shop
repair services.  For most of our general computer repair services
we offer flat-rate pricing instead of charging customers by an
hourly rate.  This would be the case with a repair such as a
System Tune-Up, hard drive replacement,  or re-installing a
Windows Operating System.  The flat rate price is based on the
complexity of the repair, and you will find that it will be much less
than the current rates at most popular retail computer stores.

Will you come to my home or my place of business to repair my
computer?

Yes, we certainly do make on-site business and home computer
repairs.  For many computer repairs though it may be necessary
for the repair to be performed in-shop.  In this case it may be
necessary for the system to be off-site for a short period of time
for the repair to be performed completely.
If I would rather bring my computer to your shop to have it
repaired, what should I bring with me?

For desktop computer repairs it will only be necessary for you to
bring the main CPU (Tower) part of the computer.  This means
that you will not need to bring the monitor, keyboard, mouse,
printer, etc. ... with you for us to perform the repair.  Unless you
feel that you are having problems with a cable it will not be
necessary to bring any cables.  We do ask though that you
please bring the following items along with your computer when
you come:

  • All original manufacturer system recovery and software installation
CD's that were included with your system when the system was
purchased.  Please make sure that your Certificate of Authenticity
(COA) is included that contains your Microsoft Product Key.  This
label should be located on the back or side of your computer's
    case.

  • For all laptop repairs please be sure to bring your laptop AC
adapter (Power Adapter) along with your laptop.

These items will help us to expedite the repair process and we
can have your computer repaired and back to you in a much
    shorter period of time.
